Kathy Berman, spouse of ESPN broadcaster Chris Berman, died Tuesday in an auto collision with one other driver in Woodbury, Connecticut, the Hartford Courant reported.

Kathy Berman was 67. The couple had been married for 33 years and had two kids, Meredith and Douglas, Deadspin famous.

ESPN President John Kipper posted condolences on Twitter Wednesday, calling the incident a “devastating tragedy.”
